We want the reviews on kanyonshop.com to help you shop with confidence. This page explains where our product reviews come from and how we handle them.

Where our reviews come from

Reviews on our product pages come from two sources:

1. Kanyon Shop customers — reviews submitted directly by people who purchased through our store.
2. Manufacturer and supplier listings — for some products, we import reviews and photos from the original manufacturer's product listing using our review platform, Judge.me. These reviews reflect real customer experiences with the same physical product.

We do not write, edit the substance of, or fabricate reviews ourselves.

Verification status

Reviews submitted by verified Kanyon Shop customers are marked accordingly by our review platform. Imported manufacturer/supplier reviews are not eligible for this verification badge, since they don't originate from a purchase made through our store.

No compensation for reviews

We don't pay for, or offer discounts, free products, or other incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Customers may occasionally be invited to leave a review after a purchase, with no influence over what they write.

Removal and moderation

We may remove reviews that:

• Contain abusive, hateful, or unlawful content
• Are spam or unrelated to the product
• Violate someone's privacy or contain personal information
• Are identified as fraudulent or manipulated

We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative or critical.
