Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Multiple Packages

Some Kanyon Shop pieces may ship separately, so items from the same order may arrive in more than one package.

If part of your order arrives before the rest, don't worry — additional tracking information may be provided as the remaining items ship.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking becomes available, we'll send it to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Kanyon Shop offers Package Protection as an optional add-on at checkout for additional protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier directly.
