How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all US orders, $25 shipping for all international orders.

Why is my entire order not here?
Our products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. This unique business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs, occasionally we will ship items out in multiple packages. If your order has not arrived altogether please allow 3-5 business days for the remaining items to arrive!

How do we ship?
We ship through local postal services depending on the location, for the US we ship with USPS.

Missing order

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.

We offer Route Package Protection as a cart add-on, if this has not been purchased we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.
